Aram Arakelyan

I've got a really nice message from Aram about a month ago, he complimented me about my work, which is always so pleasant to hear (I wonder if one day I will be used to it, I hope not), it warms my heart every time and reminds me how blessed I am to do what I love. I had no idea who he was but by his name I understood he was Armenian. I used to live, during my college years, with two Armenian girls, so I have a particular "home like" feeling about this nation. Checking his pictures it was pretty clear that he was an actor or a model and since I'm always drawn to interesting people we decided to meet for a shooting.
My Armenian friends were smart and brilliant in their studies, they were speaking many different languages fluently, so when Aram told me he speaks 5 languages I was only half surprised... This is so amusing when you can speak with someone in french then switch to russian then back to french... I speak only 3 languages and my dream would be to learn 2-3 more, but I think I am too lazy for that. Aram lived in different countries and all his languages are flawless and almost without any accent. We walked around a parc talking and I did some shots of him. I also knew that Armenians were red-headed originally and for me Aram is a perfect exemple with his reddish curly hair and blue-green hypnotizing eyes. I'm so glad I keep on meeting people like that all the time in my life : talented, beautiful and incredibly smart.

Xavier Lafitte

I was so lucky to spend some time with a great human being and actor Xavier Lafitte...
For the first time I saw him when I was a teenager on a tv-show, and then few months ago we went with Maëlle to see our friend who was playing on stage. From the first seconds I told myself that I feel like I know one of the main actors but I couldn't understand from where. And then I remembered !!! I think if you've ever seen Xavier you can never forget his deep-blue eyes ! At the end of the play we said hi to him and then I asked my friend Francois whom was playing with him if I could contact him for the pictures, Francois told me "yes of course ! He is a great guy ! You should totally write him !" Scared as hell I wrote him the next day and he told me that he would like to pose for me ! For a while we couldn't find a moment when both of us were free, so I kind of told to myself that it wouldn't happen. But Xavier is a man of his word so even though he was tired and wasn't feeling good he came to take a walk with me and make few pictures.
It was a sunny beautiful day, I was waiting for him close to the Eiffel Tower, he approached with the brightest smile. It's funny how sometimes you can feel from the beginning that someone is a great person. He is not only an actor but also a writer, a dancer (he even danced for me for a little bit) a painter... so many talents in just one guy. We spend a great time together talking and walking on the quais de Seine, he shares my absolute love for Paris and travels. He also has an ancient soul and lucid mind, he cares a lot for the nature and actually he is taking real steps in order to change things instead of just talking.
I'm so grateful I've met him, people like him are incredibly precious !

Charlie Morgan

I've met Charlie the first time at Kusmi Tea on Champs Elysées, he came to Paris for an audition. it was an amazing day for me for many reasons and I was meeting my friend the talent agent Maëlle and had no idea that there will be someone else with her. he seemed very nice but very shy, I would never thought at this point that we will meet again very soon and became friends.
he invited us to come to London to see him in a play where he had the leading role. so we decided with Maëlle to go to London for 5 days. I'll post later my feelings about London and our trip.

Charlie was very good in his play and he was a perfect guide for us in the city. we had a lot of fun together. at the end of our trip we took only few minutes for a test shoot but it was enough to realize his potential. there is something enigmatic in his face, you think you know him but then you look at the pictures and you see something else, something special. I truly believe that he can go very far in his career, I can feel it and see it in his expressions. maybe through my camera I can capture the man he is going to be... it's very strange and I can't wait to made the real shooting with him, to see what he has behind his green eyes.
